Job summary

Wendy's franchise in New Albany, MS is seeking a Co-Manager to lead the crew, hire and train staff, and support the unit manager in achieving store goals.

You will supervise daily operations, monitor food costs and service times, ensure cleanliness and safety, and coach the team to deliver high-quality customer experiences. The role requires standing for long periods and a valid driver's license where applicable.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must possess valid drivers license.
• Standing for long periods of time without a break.
• Entering and leaving vehicle multiple times
• Work in hot and cold environments (restaurant, cooler, freezer)

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains and terminates crew members to ensure adequate coverage.
• Trains crew in new products and in customer courtesy.
• Trains crew using established orientation and training processes.
• Trains new crew in initial position skills and cross-trains for coverage.
• Monitors product quality and service times; provides feedback.
• Monitors inventory levels and maintains store cleanliness.
• Manages shifts to ensure sales and quality standards.
