Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and familiar with state employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Coach team and support General Manager to build a respectful, energetic work environment.
• Identify top talent and place the right people in the right roles with effective scheduling.
• Oversee daily operations, labor costs, and adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Hire, train, and develop crew; interview and onboard new staff; monitor performance and give feedback.
• Manage guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and timely service during shifts.
