This leadership role focuses on sales growth, cost control, quality, service, cleanliness and staff performance. The Co-Manager supports training, scheduling and adherence to company policies, while maintaining a safe, high‑standard dining experience.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions.
• Standing for long periods and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop crew to ensure adequate coverage.
• Assist unit manager in operating the store to maximize profitability.
• Monitor food costs, waste, and quality; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Schedule, supervise and mentor staff to maintain service standards.
• Enforce store policies, safety and cleanliness.
