Job summary

Sampson Bladen Group Master is seeking a Co-Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in Jacksonville, NC. You will help ensure customer satisfaction and drive profitability by supervising staff, managing operations, and maintaining standards.

The role requires leadership, reliability and the ability to work a 40-hour baseline schedule with a hands-on approach to daily restaurant duties.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience in restaurants, retail or a position involving customer contact is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma, or equivalent, and possess basic math skills.
• Have a valid driver's license from the state of residence and a reliable vehicle for daily duties.
• Meet background verification guidelines and eligibility to work in the U.S.
