Job summary

Carlisle Corporation operates Wendy's stores and is seeking a Co-Manager in Picayune, MS. You will hire, train, and develop crew while supporting the unit manager in daily operations to maximize profits and customer satisfaction.

You will oversee staffing, training, quality, service, cleanliness, and administration to ensure excellent restaurant performance and adherence to policies. Must be able to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must possess valid driver's license.
• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.

Responsibilities

• Builds sales by promoting customer satisfaction.
• Manages costs by monitoring crew prep, production, and procedures execution.
• Tracks waste levels by using established procedures and monitoring crew position procedures.
• Communicates to unit manager any problems in sales and profit related to shift management.
• Assists unit manager in executing store sales and profits plan as defined.
• Monitors food costs to eliminate waste and theft.
• Hires, trains and terminates crew members to ensure adequate coverage.
• Trains crew to respond promptly to customer needs.
• Trains crew in customer courtesy.
• Takes service times and determines efficiency.
