Job summary

Carlisle Corporation, a leading Wendy’s franchisee, seeks a Co-Manager in Moss Point, MS to lead crew hiring, training, and development while supporting the unit manager in operations and profitability. You will manage shift coverage, monitor costs, quality, and service, and drive customer satisfaction through leadership and coaching.

The role requires at least 1 year in line restaurant operations, familiarity with Wendy’s systems, and the ability to train others.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions.

Responsibilities

• Builds sales by promoting customer satisfaction.
• Hires, trains and terminates crew members to ensure adequate coverage.
• Trains crew in new products and in customer courtesy.
• Takes service times and determines efficiency.
• Monitors product quality and crew performance.
• Maintains store cleanliness and follows the Operations manual.
• Directs crew to correct cleaning deficiencies and ensures safety.
• Performs administrative duties and writes crew schedules.
