RaceTrac in Florida is seeking a Co-Manager to support the General Manager, lead by example, and develop a winning team. You will own store results, drive guest satisfaction, and nurture talent in a fast-paced environment.

You'll mentor Shift Managers, manage daily operations, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while pushing for sales growth and efficient labor use. This is a hands-on leadership role with strong promotional potential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in retail, food service, or restaurants.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver guest experiences.
• Mentor Shift Managers and team members through training and coaching.
• Drive store performance by executing strategies and monitoring inventory.
• Ensure food safety, compliance, and store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with GM to schedule staff and optimize labor.
