Windsor Fashions is seeking a full-time Co-Manager to serve as the Store Manager’s right hand in Troy, MI. You will drive sales, manage a high-performing team of assistants and stylists, and coach staff to deliver an Omni-channel Oasis experience).

You will work with the Store Manager to optimize payroll, expenses, and brand standards while maintaining Windsor’s Visual Guidelines and a neat, inviting selling floor. Commitment to Windsor values is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and productivity in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Coach and motivate a team of Assistant Managers and Stylists.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, and controllable expenses with accountability.
• Ensure Windsor Visual Guidelines and merchandising standards are followed.
• Foster a culture of respect, integrity, and continuous improvement.
