Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager in Troy, MI to join our store leadership team. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage payroll and expenses, and coach a team of Stylists to deliver an Omni-channel Oasis experience for customers.

You will lead and train staff, uphold Windsor policies, and ensure a clean, organized store that reflects our Visual Guidelines while delivering excellent customer care.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience required (1 year minimum).
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• As a Windsor Assistant Manager, drive store sales and manage productivity, payroll, and expenses in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Coach and motivate a team of Stylists while upholding Windsor values and policies.
• Own daily operations on the sales floor and ensure a clean, organized Oasis for customers.
• Lead training with the team and communicate clearly to foster continuous improvement.
• Maintain brand standards and contribute to merchandising decisions.
