The Co-Manager will oversee training, merchandising, and daily store performance, ensuring brand standards and excellent customer service while driving profitability and efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• Two years of managerial experience with a proven track record in driving sales and profit results.
• Proficiency in personal computer use and detailed report analysis.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting in excess of 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand for a minimum of eight hours during scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain high-quality management and associates to fill store profiles and support succession planning.
• Ensure all associates complete training per company guidelines.
• Lead by example by training, developing, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching on product knowledge, selling skills, visual merchandising, and delivering the customer experience.
• Meet or exceed profitability expectations for the store in sales, payroll, shrink, and conversion.
• Create and execute strategies to maximize store sales and control expenses.
• Meet all payroll expectations and manage loss prevention.
• Execute and comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Use sound judgment when making decisions and maintain excellent communication.
