iGA Southeast is seeking a Co-Manager for W Lee flowers, home of Kj’s Market and IGA Southeast stores in the Carolinas. We’re family-owned and based in the Carolinas, looking for smiling faces just like yours.

A Co-Manager assures the effective and profitable operation of the assigned retail store including the development of all employees assigned to that store. To actively pursue self-development and proficiency in the skills necessary to be assigned as a store manager.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required and 1-2 years supermarket management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and staffing.

Mansioni

• Assist the store manager in implementing in-store sales-building culture and merchandising plans.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and fast service at the front end.
• Help achieve budgeted financial results and store performance.
• Protect assets and conduct weekly audits of front-end, receiving and pricing.
• Control store expenses and wage costs to meet budget targets.
• Assist in staffing, forecasting, recruitment and staff development.
• Set performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and reviews.
• Maintain store condition awareness through regular store walks.
• Train and develop store management, especially department managers.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards across the store.
• Create a positive morale environment with strong supervisory leadership.
• Facilitate clear communication with Store Manager, merchandisers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and policies, including audits.
• Maintain a safe facility for customers and employees.
