Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 1–2 years supermarket management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in implementing sales-building culture and weekly merchandising plans.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through front-end service commitment.
• Help achieve budgeted financial results and control store expenses.
• Support staffing, recruitment, and training; develop bench for hi-potential staff.
• Train and develop store management team and ensure compliance with standards.
