Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 1-2 years supermarket management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in implementing in-store sales-building culture and weekly sales plans.
• Provide guest satisfaction with front-end service and courtesy.
• Help achieve budgeted financial results and safeguard company assets.
• Assist staffing, forecasting, recruitment, and development for hi-potential employees.
• Ensure sanitation and food safety standards are maintained.
