Job summary

The Wendy's Company is looking for a Co-Manager for their Pensacola store in Florida. The Co-Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing crew members while assisting the unit manager in optimizing store operations for profitability.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in restaurant operations and possess strong supervisory skills. This full-time position offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.

What you'll do

The Co-Manager is responsible for the hiring, training, and continuing development of the crew in the store. In addition, the Co-Manager assists the unit manager in operating and maintaining the store to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

1. The Co-Manager job requires standing for long periods of time without a break.
2. The Co-Manager job requires being able to meet the requirements of all subordinate positions.
3. Must possess valid driver’s license.
4. Entering and leaving vehicle multiple times.
5. Physical inspections of all areas of restaurant.
6. Lifting up to 50 lbs.
7. Move and inspect all supplies in restaurant.
8. Work in hot and cold environments (restaurant, cooler, freezer).
