Job summary

Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant. This role reports to the General Manager and requires a proactive leader who can guide a team to uphold high standards in food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness.

You will lead shift operations, drive performance by following SOPs, manage labor, sales, and food costs, and help train and coach team members while screening applicants during recruiting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma or equivalent recommended.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service recommended.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.
• Prioritize tasks, delegate work, and solve problems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
