10x Value Partners GmbH in New York is seeking a co-founder to drive a VC-driven tech roll-up and build the next generation of scalable businesses. You will own P&L, set strategy and recruit an energetic team to execute high-impact M&A and value creation tasks.

Ideal candidates bring top-tier consulting/PE or venture-backed startup experience, an MBA, and a track record of success. Equity is generous; market-aligned salary upon seed funding.

Qualifications

• You have the strong desire to found a company with support for funding and decision making.
• Experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking or private equity and/or senior management in venture tech.
• Deep industry expertise suited for a roll-up with potential deal flow.
• Experience in origination, negotiation and execution of M&A in a PE context.
• Outstanding degree/MBA from a top university.
• Proven track record of achievements, independent and goal oriented.
• Comfort with analytics, numbers and data-driven decisions.
• Team oriented and ambitious, fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Take co-founder level responsibility for running an innovative, VC-driven tech company.
• Lead the M&A/transaction execution and/or operations/value creation work stream.
• Run the business as a general manager with responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.
• Build, lead and motivate your own energetic, results-oriented team.
• Identify opportunities and improvements in an entrepreneurial manner.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and partners.
