The Opportunity

We're seeking an exceptional co-founder to join TenutoTerra as our Chief Relationship Officer. This is not a traditional employment opportunity—this is a partnership with someone who shares our vision and brings the industry credibility and network to scale our proven consulting model into these specialized markets.

Industry Authority & Network

  • Deep, established connections within adventure, outdoor recreation, and/or motorsports industries
  • Recognized personal brand with strong online presence and industry credibility
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining high-trust relationships with business leaders
  • Active participation in industry events, communities, and thought leadership

Business Development Excellence

  • Natural ability to identify and cultivate relationships with ideal consulting clients
  • Comfort leveraging personal brand and network for business development purposes
  • Strategic mindset for opening doors and creating opportunities through relationship capital
  • Experience with consultative selling or high-value service partnerships

Relationship Management Expertise

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain ongoing relationships with clients throughout extended consulting engagements
  • Flexibility to adapt relationship management approach based on each client's unique needs
  • Long-term relationship orientation rather than transactional mindset
Your Role & Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development (70%)

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with target clients in adventure, outdoor recreation, and motorsports
  • Leverage personal brand and network to generate qualified consulting opportunities
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations and relationship-building activities
  • Represent TenutoTerra at industry events and within professional networks
  • Guide discussions about how the company can reach more of teh right clients

Client Relationship Management (30%)

  • Serve as primary relationship owner for key client accounts
  • Maintain ongoing communication and satisfaction with clients under contract
  • Customize relationship management approach for each client's preferences and needs
  • Ensure smooth handoffs between business development and consulting delivery

What You Won't Be Doing

  • Weekly tactical consulting work or project delivery
  • Detailed operational consulting tasks
  • Administrative or back-office responsibilities
Ideal Background
  • Industry Experience: 5+ years in adventure/outdoor recreation/motorsports business ecosystem
  • Network Depth: Established relationships with business owners, executives, and decision-makers
  • Online Presence: Strong personal brand with engaged following in target industries
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business challenges specific to these industries
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfortable with equity-based compensation and growth-oriented partnership
Partnership Structure
  • Equity: 50% of company profits
  • Autonomy: High degree of independence in how you manage relationships and business development
  • Support: Full backing of established consulting methodology, proven business model, and operational support from the Tenuto brand.
