Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant work experience accepted.
• Experience leading crews or small teams in construction or home services.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman in leading a high-performance team on local jobs.
• Assess job specifications and prep materials and equipment.
• Install products with support of a national team.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on site.
• Complete paperwork and on-site documentation.
• Coordinate work and scheduling with labor hours.
