Job summary

Groundworks in Washington state is seeking a Co-Foreman to progress into a Foreman role. You will lead a small crew on local job sites, coordinating tasks, materials, and safety standards while working closely with a Foreman and regional team.

You'll gain hands-on leadership training, participate in certification programs, and have a clear path to advancement, while maintaining high customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Previous construction or home services/trade experience preferred.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with leading a high-performance team on local jobsites.
• Review job specs to determine materials, tools, and equipment.
• Plan on-site tasks and assign duties to crew for efficient completion.
• Install products/services with support of national team.
• Monitor progress to keep projects on time and budget.
