Job summary

Groundworks is seeking a hands-on Co-Foreman to grow into a Foreman role. You will partner with an experienced Foreman to lead a crew, manage daily jobsite operations, and uphold safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The role includes on-site leadership training, a clear advancement path, and benefits. As a Co-Foreman you will coordinate tasks, monitor progress, and help keep projects on time and within budget, while ensuring excellent workmanship and responsive customer communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience leading small crews.
• Construction/home services experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and endure long hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman in leading a high-performance crew.
• Review job specs to determine materials and tools.
• Plan on-site work and assign duties to crew.
• Install products with support of national team.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion.
• Complete paperwork and timekeeping.
• Communicate with customers during the project.
• Mentor crew and lead in Foreman’s absence.
