Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading crews or small teams in construction/home services.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a two-person or larger crew under Foreman supervision.
• Plan and assign daily tasks based on project priorities and schedules.
• Install products and services following Foreman guidance and company standards.
• Communicate with customers before, during, and after job completion.
• Complete paperwork and timekeeping accurately.
