Job summary

Groundworks is seeking a Co-Foreman to step up from skilled Installer and lead a crew at local job sites in Michigan. You will work with the Foreman to manage daily operations, plan tasks, and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while developing leadership skills for advancement.

You will supervise two or more crew members, perform installations per Foreman guidance, and maintain clear communication with customers and teams to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Experience in construction or home services and/or general labor.
• Valid drivers license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high‑performance crew and coordinate daily jobsite operations.
• Assess site conditions and plan the work with time and tool needs.
• Install products with support of a national team.
• Maintain safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards on site.
• Complete paperwork and coordinate with Foreman and customers.
