Groundworks is seeking a Co-Foreman in Hooksett, NH to step up from Installer to jobsite leadership. You’ll work with a Foreman to supervise a crew, manage daily site operations, and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Training and advancement paths are provided, with a clear route to Foreman.

You’ll learn to plan tasks, allocate labor, and ensure timely completion while maintaining budget guidelines and our standards. Valid driver’s license and on-site work readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and motivational skills are required.
• Experience leading crews or small teams is required.
• Construction or home services experience is preferred.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge is expected.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to access crawl spaces and confined areas.

Responsabilités

• Assist Foreman in leading a high-performance team.
• Review job specs and plan materials, tools and equipment.
• On-site installation with company standards and timelines.
• Lead safety, quality and customer satisfaction on the jobsite.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate work across crew of 2+ people.
• Communicate with customers before, during and after work.
