Job summary

Groundworks is seeking a Co-Foreman to advance from skilled Installer to field leader in Colorado. You will help manage a small crew, plan work, ensure safety, and deliver quality customer service on site.

The role offers hands-on leadership development, an excellent certification program, and clear paths to advancement. You will work closely with a Foreman, assist with scheduling, train crew members, and ensure project milestones meet time and budget requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Experience working in construction or home services industry and/or trade work.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Enters crawl spaces and other confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high‑performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed before reporting to site.
• Assess conditions on-site and assign crew duties to complete work on time and within plan.
• Install products and services with support of a national team.
• Monitor progress to keep projects on time and on budget.
