Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (Sr Manager) for CNS to advance the ecosystem-based engagement model.

You will work across medical, account management, patient access, and market access to deliver evidence-based information and strategic insights for local healthcare systems. The role involves engaging Key Influencers and Local Practice Leaders, building external relationships, and guiding medical strategy within the territory to improve patient outcomes

Qualifikationen

• MD/DO, PharmD or PhD in life sciences or Master’s degree with equivalent psychiatry or CNS clinical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical medical affairs or relevant work experience.
• Strong business acumen; knows the industry, Otsuka's business model and value proposition, etc.
• Ability to lead others and project teams strategically.
• Strong understanding of industry legal, regulatory, and compliance landscape.
• Ability to work in an ambiguous environment undergoing transformation.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical, scientific and health economic information on CNS diseases and product utilization.
• Engage with Key Influencers, Local Practice Leaders, healthcare providers, and patient groups within territory.
• Contribute to region business strategy and ecosystem medical execution plans.
• Disseminate disease state and healthcare landscape information to customers in the field.
• Participate in clinical trials program support and health economic outcomes research.
• May serve in Otsuka’s speaker bureau and support promotional/educational activities.
