We are growing our team and are seeking CNO Analyst Programmers, Levels 1 and 2 based upon experience and qualifications.
Mission Description
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled CNO Analyst Programmer to support the design, development, and deployment of cyber network operations (CNO) tools and capabilities. This role spans mid-level to senior-level responsibilities, with final level placement determined based on candidate experience, technical expertise, and demonstrated leadership ability.
Clearance: Top Secret SCI with an approved CCA polygraph.
Compensation
- Level I: $161-174,000
- Level II: $194-209,000
Requirements
- MUST have strong Vulnerability Research (VR) skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions supporting CNO missions.
- Develop applications in environments such as Windows (.NET/Visual Studio), UNIX/Linux, and embedded or mobile platforms.
- Program using languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, Perl, or Assembly.
- Support and/or lead end-to-end data flow design and tasking for CNO tools.
- Participate in or lead software design, code, and readiness reviews in accordance with established development processes.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation and briefings for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-driven capabilities.
Additional Responsibilities for Senior-Level Candidates (Level 2)
- Lead the design and development of complex CNO solutions.
- Direct technical efforts and provide guidance to junior developers.
- Drive architecture decisions and ensure alignment with mission requirements.
- Serve as a technical lead for projects, including customer interaction and solution delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or related field (additional relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements).
- Experience with one or more programming languages: C, C++, Java, Python, Perl, or Assembly.
- Experience developing in Windows, UNIX/Linux, or embedded environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes, including design reviews and documentation.
Experience Requirements
- Level 1 (Mid-Level): 2–4 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Level 2 (Senior-Level): 6–8+ years of relevant experience; demonstrated experience leading development efforts or technical teams.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with CNO tool development or cyber operations environments.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Work Environment

Level Determination
Final level (Level 1 or Level 2) will be determined during the hiring process based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
