AEITS, Inc. is seeking a Computer Network Operations (CNO) Analyst Programmer, Level 1, in Hanover, MD. The role focuses on programming in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python to develop Windows or UNIX applications, including embedded or mobile platforms.

Qualified applicants will hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and have four years of related programming experience (two years with a Master's). A Top Secret SCI with polygraph clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's Degree in CS/IS/Network Eng. or equivalent and up to 8 years total programming experience.
• 4 years of relevant programming experience; Master’s degree reduces to 2 years.
• Active Top Secret SCI with polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities

• Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
• Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio/.NET; UNIX apps via makefiles or equivalents; embedded/mobile development.
• Provide and review documentation, participate in design/code/software readiness reviews.
• Design and develop end-to-end data flow and tasks for CNO tools.
• Provide and participate in technical presentations on assigned projects.

AEITS, Inc., a GTSC company, is growing its team! Seeking a Computer Network Operations (CNO) Analyst Programmer, Level 1.

Location

Hanover, MD

Mission

Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python to develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments, and UNIX applications, embedded or mobile platform development.

Clearance

Active Top Secret SCI with polygraph.

Certifications

Requirements

• Four (4) years of relevant programming experience in the field (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering).
• Two (2) years of relevant programming experience if a Master's degree held in a relevant discipline may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, reducing the requirement to two (2) years of relevant experience.

Education and Required Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering) from an accredited college or university. In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, an additional four (4) years of relevant programming experience in the field may be substituted for a total of eight (8) years.

Responsibilities

• Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
• Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments; UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments; or, Embedded or mobile platform development using proprietary, GOTS, or open-source build environments.
• Provide/author documentation, participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews as prescribed by the Government's software development procedures and processes.
• Design and develop end-to-end data flow and tasking for CNO tools developed.
• Provide/author documentation, design, code, and software readiness reviews as prescribed by the Government's software development procedures and processes.
• Provide/author and participate in technical presentations on assigned projects.
