Job Description

GTSC seeks a Computer Network Operations (CNO) Analyst Programmer, Level 0, entry-level.

Location: Hanover, MD

All work is on-site. This is not a hybrid or remote position.

Mission

Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python to develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments, and UNIX applications, embedded or mobile platform development.

Clearance

Active Top Secret SCI with polygraph.

Certifications

None.

Requirements

No experience required. Must be able to program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.

Education and Required Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering) from an accredited college or university. In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, an additional four (4) years of relevant programming experience in the field may be substituted for a total of four (4) years.

Responsibilities

• Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
• Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments; UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments; or, Embedded or mobile platform development using proprietary, GOTS, or open-source build environments.
• Provide/author documentation, participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews as prescribed by the Government's software development procedures and processes.
