Diana Health, Inc. in Springfield, TN, is hiring a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) for a full-time outpatient OB/GYN role. Independently manage full-scope midwifery care and collaborate with OB/GYNs, RNs, and lactation consultants to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage experience preferred.
• Strong collaboration with OB/GYNs, RNs, and support staff.
• Commitment to shared decision making and patient-centered care.
• Active AMCB certification and TN RN/APRN licensure required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide full-scope midwifery care in outpatient clinic.
• Collaborate with OB/GYNs, RNs, LCSWs, health coaches, lactation consultants and educators.
• Provide day-to-day leadership on Labor & Delivery coverage.
• Triage obstetric patients and coordinate with hospital team.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Engage in ongoing skills training and drills for high acuity events.
