Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CNC operator experience.
• Background in woodworking preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and tooling requirements.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong math skills; CAD/CAM basics.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machinery per SOPs.
• Read blueprints and determine tooling and setups.
• Translate instructions into machine commands.
• Load raw materials and parts onto machines.
• Run tests to verify outputs meet specs.
• Monitor and adjust machines for optimal output.
• Inspect finished parts for quality.
• Maintain machinery and tools; follow safety policies.
