Job summary

MillerKnoll in Buffalo, NY is seeking a CNC Operator to program and operate woodworking machinery. You will read blueprints, set tooling, load materials, and run full production cycles to ensure quality and efficiency.

Requirements include 3–5 years of CNC experience, a woodworking background, and proficiency with CAD/CAM and precision measurement tools. An Associate's degree is preferred; willingness to multi-shift is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a CNC operator.
• Background in woodworking field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and notes.
• Proficient with CAD/CAM and precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machinery according to SOPs.
• Read blueprints and determine tooling requirements and sequences.
• Translate instructions into machine commands for correct function.
• Load raw materials and parts onto machines and run tests.
• Inspect finished parts and maintain machinery for optimum performance.
• Follow safety policies and shop floor controls.
