Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience in cabinet construction or countertop fabrication preferred.
Ability to learn and safely operate CNC machinery, painting equipment, hand tools and other production equipment.
Ability to follow written work instructions, specifications and quality standards.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC machinery to produce cabinets and components per specifications.
Assemble, fabricate, grind, finish, and palletize countertops per customer specs.
Operate painting equipment and spray booths with proper surface prep and cleanup.
Use hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively.
Modify, assemble, and finish cabinets and related components as required.
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC, painting, and other equipment.
Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area per 6S standards.
Follow safety policies and OSHA requirements; work timely and accurately.
