Qualifications

• Experience in cabinet construction or countertop fabrication preferred.
• Ability to learn and safely operate CNC machinery, painting equipment, hand tools and other production equipment.
• Ability to follow written work instructions, specifications and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery to produce cabinets and components per specifications.
• Assemble, fabricate, grind, finish, and palletize countertops per customer specs.
• Operate painting equipment and spray booths with proper surface prep and cleanup.
• Use hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Modify, assemble, and finish cabinets and related components as required.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC, painting, and other equipment.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area per 6S standards.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA requirements; work timely and accurately.
