Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in woodworking, manufacturing, CNC machine operation, sanding, assembly, or spray finishing preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, production specifications, and basic drawings.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools and read measuring devices.
• Willingness to complete required safety training and use PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned woodworking equipment, including CNC machines, after training.
• Complete setup tasks, load materials and verify tooling and settings.
• Sand wood components and prepare surfaces for staining or assembly.
• Assemble wood bases and components with hardware and adhesives.
• Apply stains and finishing materials following work instructions.
• Read production orders and drawings to meet requirements.
• Inspect materials and finished work for defects and quality.
• Safely move and stage wood materials and finished assemblies.
• Follow production priorities and communicate issues to supervisor.
• Maintain equipment, keep workspace clean, and document production data.
• Participate in cross-training and suggest improvements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
