Job Title: CNC Machinist

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC Mills, Lathes, and/or Grinders to meet production requirements.
• Perform first-piece runs to ensure outputs meet exact specifications.
• Program and operate CNC machines for tasks like drilling, grinding, milling, and turning.

Quality Assurance

• Maintain tight tolerances and inspect work at all stages of production.
• Use precision instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify finished products meet specifications.

Blueprint Reading & Problem Solving

• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and documentation to guide machining processes.
• Monitor machines during operations, troubleshooting, and adjusting for optimal performance.

Maintenance & Safety

• Perform routine maintenance to ensure machines run efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with company standards.
