Job summary

MFS Supply in Solon, OH is seeking a Woodworking & Finishing Technician to produce, modify, and finish cabinets, countertops, and related components in both small- and large-batch production. You will operate CNC machinery, painting equipment, hand tools, and follow safety standards to meet customer specifications.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and strong attention to detail, with the ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in cabinet/construction or finishing preferred.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery to produce cabinet components per specs.
• Assemble, fabricate, finish, and palletize countertops per customer specs.
• Use painting equipment and spray booths, including surface prep and cleanup.
• Safely use hand tools and production equipment as directed.
• Maintain clean, organized work area per 6S standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment.
