Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience or relevant vocational/technical training.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and willing to work any shift.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality focus; able to work independently and in a team.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks; lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs; operate machinery.

Responsibilities

• Configure and run winding machines to meet production specs.
• Track machine performance and inspect finished products for quality.
• Perform routine upkeep and replace worn components; escalate complex problems.
• Follow safety procedures and record production data; support continuous improvement.
