OPW is seeking a skilled CNC operator in a manufacturing setting. You will load and tend parts, read blueprints and inspection sheets, and verify dimensional accuracy with calipers and micrometers. You may rotate to other positions to meet production needs while upholding ISO 9001:2015 standards.

The role emphasizes safe operation, 5S housekeeping, and collaborative problem solving in a fast-paced shop environment. Strong manual dexterity and basic math skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• CNC training or exposure.
• Experience reading blueprints.

Responsabilités

• Operate CNC machines; load and tend runs of parts.
• Read blueprints, orders and tooling instructions to confirm specs.
• Verify conformance of machined parts to drawings and tolerances.
• Perform simple inspection with calipers, micrometers and gauges.
• Maintain quality by adjusting offsets and tool positions as needed.
• Follow safety standards and 5S, TPM and ISO 9001:2015 procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and participate in team meetings.
