Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ year manufacturing or equivalent military experience.
• Forklift and motor experience preferred; must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Operate winding equipment and verify proper setup for production targets.
• Read technical diagrams and follow instructions for assembly of products.
• Lead/changeovers, monitor output, and maintain uptime with cross-functional support.
• Perform in-process inspections and follow safety standards.
• Support Lean initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
