Qualifications

• Ability to read measurements, use calipers, and perform basic shop math.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the shift duration.
• Good communication and teamwork to coordinate with fabrication, quality, and assembly teams.
• Willingness to learn new processes and grow with a fast-paced operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC turret press machines to punch, form, and process sheet metal components according to production specifications.
• Set up machines, select tooling, load programs, and adjust parameters for efficient and accurate operation.
• Read blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to ensure correct part production.
• Inspect parts throughout the process to verify dimensions, tolerances, and quality.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting.
• Document production counts, scrap, and machine adjustments in logs/ERP systems.
