• Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting.
• Document production counts, scrap, and machine adjustments in logs/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC turret press machines to punch, form, and process sheet metal components according to production specifications.
• Set up machines, select tooling, load programs, and adjust parameters for efficient and accurate operation.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to ensure correct part production.
• Inspect parts throughout the process to verify dimensions, tolerances, and overall quality.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor material usage, identify defects, and report any inconsistencies or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
• Work closely with fabrication, quality, and assembly teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely production.
• Document production counts, scrap, and machine adjustments accurately in logs or ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities
