Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace in Malden, MA, seeks an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead CNC turning programming for nickel and aluminum castings. You will craft operation sequences, optimize processes, and support NPI parts in a high-precision aerospace environment.

The role requires a mechanical engineering degree or equivalent experience, strong GD&T interpretation, and hands-on CNC programming skills. Onsite work and travel within locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires ABET-accredited Mechanical Engineering degree or 8 years CNC turning programming experience.
• 3+ years of CNC turning programming experience for Manufacturing Engineer role.
• 3+ years of reading/interpreting GD&T on blueprints and specs in aerospace or regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Determine operation sequences for NPI parts and improve existing product flow.
• Develop CNC programs using machine controls and NX CAD/CAM software.
• Design tooling solutions and work holding to optimize machining processes.
