Qualifications

2–4 years hands-on CNC programming experience.
Strong G-Code, conversational programming, and multi-axis operation.
Deep understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
US Citizenship required due to ITAR compliance.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine CNC programs using 3D verification software to ensure precision and safety.
Optimize machining strategies, including speeds, feeds, and tool selection, to maximize material removal rates and reduce cycle times.
Create comprehensive standard work documentation to streamline setup procedures and enhance shop floor productivity.
Analyze engineering drawings and CAD data to determine the most effective manufacturing configurations.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating tooling performance and troubleshooting process bottlenecks.
Validate finished parts against blueprint specifications using advanced measurement tools to maintain strict quality standards.
