Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in a precision machining environment is required.

• Strong grasp of quality assurance standards and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CNC machining programs and manufacturing methods for high-precision results.

• Lead setup operations and validate new processes before production rollout.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing to reduce cycle times and improve throughput.
