Job summary

Candidates should have 2+ years of lathe or Swiss machining experience and basic inspection skills, with a focus on safety and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years’ experience minimum with Lathe and/or Swiss Machining preferred.
• Technical or Trade School Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines to Manufacturing Set-Up Specifications.
• Load raw material and CNC program; install tooling and run first articles.
• Inspect and measure parts using inspection equipment to verify conformance.
• Monitor machine accessories and replace worn components as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area and comply with safety policies.
