Responsibilities

• Adjust machine settings, tooling and times; analyze part measurements.
• Ensure production and quality output for the designated area.
• Read blueprints to ensure dimensional conformance; review measurement reports.
• Perform re-works on and off machine.
• Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and programming issues to maintain quality.
• Maintain documentation, quantities, and records; ensure accuracy during shifts.
• Trains operators on SOPs and inspection details; supports lean manufacturing activities.
