100Hires, Inc. is seeking a CNC Manufacturing Technician Apprentice to build precise parts safely while learning FANUC-controlled equipment. You’ll train with a CNC supervisor, operate lathes and mills, verify parts with gages, and practice offsets and insert changes.

This on-site role emphasizes safety and documentation as you progress through the program. Throughout the 90‑day plan you’ll engage in continuous improvement ideas, contribute to housekeeping standards, and gain hands-on experience

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC equipment or willingness to train on lathes and mills.
• Ability to read and interpret gages.
• Proficient in performing offsets and inserting tools correctly.
• Capable of following safety, quality, and environmental practices.

Responsibilities

• Learn cell work instructions, safety, and inspection procedures.
• Operate CNC lathes and mills; exposure to broaching and tool changes.
• Verify parts with plug, snap, go/no-go gauges and calipers.
• Document work and sustain housekeeping; meet production targets.
