Qualifications

• 8–10 years CNC machining (lathe) experience in 3–4 axis setup and operation.
• Aerospace background is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines (3, 4, and 5-Axis) per blueprint specs.
• Make machine adjustments and troubleshoot controllers, machines, and processes.
• Select tools and set feeds and speeds to meet production requirements.
• Perform inspections of machined parts using precision hand tools to ensure quality.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and maintain productivity.
• Lift up to 70 lbs as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment; manage tools and equipment.
• Monitor inventory and reorder tools as necessary.
