Ideal candidates will have 2+ years CNC machining experience, leadership background, and strong ability to read blueprints and measure with calipers and micrometers. This position offers multiple shifts and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Ability to edit G-Code and M-Code.
• Strong machine setup and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
• Strong math and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support operators working on complex multi-axis CNC equipment
• Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and delivery goals are achieved
• Monitor workflow, efficiency, scrap rates, and production metrics
• Communicate production challenges and staffing needs to leadership
• Partner with production planning teams to manage workflow priorities
• Train, coach, and mentor team members on safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Perform hands-on CNC setup, operation, and troubleshooting as needed
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Drive continuous improvement efforts and maintain a safe work environment
