Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ability to lead others across multiple shifts.
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Willing to work varying shifts.
• Experience in a manufacturing/machine shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a CNC machining team across multiple shifts.
• Troubleshoot machining errors and assist with setup and tooling needs.
• Train machinists and review work assignments.
• Coordinate with CNC Programmer, Scheduler/Planner, Quality and Safety associates.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
