OGS Machining is seeking a full-time CNC Swiss Setup/Operator for the night shift. The role focuses on setup and operation of Star CNC Swiss-type lathes with Fanuc controls, ensuring high-quality parts for a medium-volume shop.

We require at least 5 years of unaided experience on CNC Swiss lathe machines and a High School Diploma. Standard shift is four 10-hour days (Mon–Thu, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM) with occasional overtime on Fridays.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of unaided setup and operation on CNC Swiss Lathe machines.
• 5+ years of Machine Shop experience.
• High School Diploma is required.

Responsabilidades

• Setup CNC Swiss-type lathes (Fanuc control) for production turning.
• Document program changes and processes to ensure repeatability of setups.
• Oversee quality of parts produced in the machining cell.
• Share expertise within the Swiss department.
• Perform daily and weekly maintenance on machine shop equipment.
• Set up machines flexibly to optimize output in the shop.
• Communicate issues to day shift personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
